Two Naxalites were slain in a confrontation in Chhattisgarh's Sukma

In an encounter that took place between DRG jawans and Naxals in the Bheji neighbourhood of Chhattisgarh's Sukma district, two Naxalites were killed, according to police on Monday.
“The confrontation resulted in the deaths of two Naxalites. The whole operation is being directed by Superintendent of Police Sunil Sharma, according to the Sukma police. In the region, there is a search operation going on.
Earlier on May 1, Naxals set ablaze two tipper trucks used for construction in the Sukma district's Ittapara neighbourhood, according to Sunil Sharma, SP Sukma.
The event had occurred inside the confines of the Phulbagdi police station's authority.
Three workers were saved and transported to the Phulbagdi police station safely, according to SP Sharma.
